IE7 still creating problems for developers?

This seems like a never ending story. After allegedly fixing and improving their market leading browser, IE7 hasn’t even solved the PNG issue completely. Developers are still complaining about dozens of bugs, even after IE7 coming out of beta and being distributed to everyone.
